Healing Retreat packages
Day Retreat
Spend a day immersed in healing care, coming home t0 yourself, and completely reset your energy field.
Start the day in a private intention-setting ceremony, with time for reflection and journaling. Then, receive a hypnosis or reiki session to address and clear your spiritual limitations. Your healing session will be followed by a private yoga/movement session, and your day will end with a deeply relaxing a massage or sound healing to ground you back into your body.
This retreat is recommended for any one experiencing fatigue, uncertainty, or tension from daily living.
Week Immersion
Over the course of a week, the Heart Center healing staff will take turns offering healing sessions and check-ins to support a life transition.
This package includes 3 healing sessions (reiki/hypnosis/sound healing/breathwork) and 3 body work sessions (acupuncture, massage, or yoga), and 3 check-ins at the beginning, middle and end of your week. We will assign one primary facilitator to help you process and integrate your healing throughout the week.
This will be a safe and reflective container to clear un-serving patterns and enter your next chapter, cleansed.
Month of support
Every weekend for 1 month, receive 2 healing treatments of your choice, 1 body work session, and 1 coaching session. Begin and end your month in private ceremony with your entire support team to seal this special time of rest and transformation.
You may request specific practitioners from our "healers" tab for your treatments, including sound healing, breathwork, reiki, hypnosis, or shamanic journey.
Plant Medicine Retreat
Choose between psilocybin and kambo therapies. You may choose the location of your experience-- The Heart Center, outdoors, or in the privacy of your home.
Your psilocybin journey will be guided by Owen over the course of 2 preparation calls, a full day ceremony, and 2 integration calls.
Your kambo ceremony with Caleb will take place over the course of one day.
