Theo is a healer in his natural state, embodying strength, compassion, and wisdom. As a yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, he creates spaces where students feel supported, empowered, and safe to explore their own healing journeys.

His path has been shaped by decades of service and teaching. For 10 years, Theo served as a Blackhawk crew chief in the U.S. Army, rising to the rank of sergeant and guiding others as a physical trainer. He later became a helicopter pilot and instructor, continuing his lifelong role as a teacher. Over the past two decades, he has taught martial arts, sword fighting, and personal training—always committed to helping others grow in body, mind, and spirit.

Theo’s own journey of healing opened his heart and mind to what lies beyond this realm. Shedding the cloak of toxic masculinity that followed him through much of his adult life, he now embodies the divine masculine—holding space for spirituality, vulnerability, and strength. His work exemplifies what it means to recognize and accept old patterns, heal from trauma, and embrace new beginnings within the soul, mind, and heart.

An adventurous spirit, Theo has traveled and lived all over the world, bringing a global perspective to his teaching. As a future counselor focused on trauma-informed healing, he integrates wisdom from his experiences with compassion for those he serves.

Today, as co-owner of The Heart Center for Awakening, Theo is dedicated to building community, guiding students through yoga and reiki, and supporting the collective journey of healing and awakening.

To book a session with Kara, please email her at karalynn13@gmail.com.

Kara uses a unique style of healing to enhance the expression of one’s soul and to create soul expansion, allowing clients to birth new aspects of themselves. She does this as a guide and conduit, using reiki, soul reading, and channeling. In a warm and supportive way, Kara opens the space for clients to know themselves more deeply, in order to heal the past, allow acceptance, and have an effect on those around them, as well as the collective.

Kara is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, having received her first Usui Holy Fire attunement in 2006. She loves working with all clients that are ready to fully embrace life and is particularly drawn to working with parents, as a way to care for themselves and their role in raising vibrant, valued kiddos. This work brings accelerated healing and connection on many levels and can be done regardless of being a parent.

Kara is a mother of two radiant souls, a forever student, a dancing woman, and a New Moon Circle Leader for the Wild Woman Project. Additionally, she has completed studies at The Quiet Heart School of Healing Arts, is certified in White Lotus Healing, and has received training in the Akashic Records and Seraphim Quantum Healing.

M (She/Her) Identifies as a white, cis, queer woman who lives and works on stolen Duwamish land. She grew up in the pacific northwest and loves to be near the water. M lives with her dog Howwie and she enjoys learning to create art through clay work, taking walks by the water, and being in community.

M utilizes and values components from several therapeutic modalities and lenses including trauma informed CBT, narrative therapy, harm reduction philosophy, intersectionality, body neutrality, motivational interviewing,Internal Family Systems and a strengths based approach. She has a gentle and collaborative approach and is sensitive to emotional and energetic shifts. M values the process of building a trusting relationship with her clients. She believes that in order to know oneself, grow and heal we must feel safe enough to examine ourselves and our beliefs. She believes that it is important to examine the many systems of oppression such as racism, misogyny, transphobia, homophobia, capitalism, and fat phobia that impact our lives and how we experience the world. A value of hers is cultivating a non-judgemental therapeutic space, with authenticity and honesty.

M earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and Masters in Social Work from University of Washington with a concentration in multigenerational practice. She has experience working as a case manager in a harm reduction supportive housing organization, has worked in crisis care in emergency medical settings and for the last 7 years has been working in end of life work. M enjoys working with people of all ages who are exploring their experiences of adjusting to life changes, anxiety and depression, aging, trauma, caregiver fatigue and grief/loss. Our behaviors, reactions and beliefs about ourselves and others are often very valid responses we have learned and cultivated to survive in this world. When we explore them without judgement we can better understand ourselves with gentle care and begin to change the things we wish to change as we heal and grow.
