🌟 How to Choose Your Class (Quick Guide)

  • If you’re new to yoga — choose Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, or Mat Pilates Fusion.

  • If you want a balanced, moderate practice — choose Vinyasa Yoga or Yoga Fusion.

  • If you want a challenge — choose Power Yoga.

  • If you want deep rest — choose Restorative Yoga or Yin Yoga.

  • If you want strength without intensity — choose Mat Pilates Fusion or Yoga Fusion.

Mat Pilates Fusion Intensity: 🌿 Moderate Best for: Beginners → moderate practitioners; anyone wanting functional strength and stability. What it feels like: A mindful strength practice focused on core activation, alignment, and controlled movement. Pilates builds stability and body awareness while supporting your nervous system with breath and intention. Perfect when: You want strength training that feels supportive and embodied.

Power Yoga Intensity: 🔥 Strong Best for: Intermediate students, athletes, or anyone craving challenge. What it feels like: A strong, athletic practice that includes powerful transitions, core work, and optional arm balances or inversions. You’ll sweat, strengthen, and expand your edge — safely and mindfully. Perfect when: You want a workout and a spiritual reset.

Restorative Yoga Intensity: 🌱 Gentle Best for: Beginners, those healing from stress or injury, anyone needing deep rest. What it feels like: A sanctuary of stillness. You’ll be supported by props in long, restful poses that soothe the nervous system and invite total relaxation. Restorative is spacious, quiet, and deeply calming. Perfect when: You need to slow down, soften, and be held.

Slow Flow Yoga Intensity: 🌱 Gentle → 🌿 Moderate Best for: Beginners, returning practitioners, anyone wanting a gentle but warming practice. What it feels like: A steady, accessible flow that builds heat slowly. Expect longer holds, mindful transitions, and a restorative cool-down. Slow Flow strengthens without overwhelming and invites you to move with intention. Perfect when: You want movement but not intensity.

Vinyasa Yoga Intensity: 🌿 Moderate Best for: All levels with some comfort in movement; students who enjoy rhythm and creativity. What it feels like: Breath-led movement that builds warmth and energy. Sequences are dynamic and expressive, helping you strengthen, stretch, and flow with music or breath as your guide. Perfect when: You want to feel energized, embodied, and inspired.

Yin Yoga Intensity: 🌱 Gentle Best for: Beginners, deep stretch seekers, anyone needing grounding or relaxation. What it feels like: Slow, quiet, and deeply restorative. You’ll settle into long-held floor poses that release tension in the fascia and help energy move through the body’s meridians. Yin is like a full-body exhale — supportive, meditative, and nourishing. Perfect when: You’re tired, stressed, tight, or craving stillness.

Yoga Fusion Intensity: 🌿 Moderate Best for: All levels comfortable with both stretching and flowing. What it feels like: A hybrid of Yin + Flow. You’ll begin with deep stretching, transition into a moderate vinyasa flow, and close with stillness or meditation. Balanced, opening, and integrated. Perfect when: You want both deep release and energizing movement.
