THE HEART CENTER

Our very first Heart Center Yoga Teacher Training is a 200-hour journey for the new paradigm of yoga teachers. This lovingly crafted container will guide and prepare students of yoga into the leaders of the New Earth. Faith and Rachel have distilled their most potent learnings from the past decade as teachers and healers into a 3-month process of becoming a skillful, radiant, and authentic pillar of light.

This container is designed to impart tools for spiritual healing, personal accountability, and confidence as a teacher. We will build a trusting family to support, witness, and hold each other through the deep transformational work of the warrior of light. In this offering, students will have a strong energetic foundation to release what no longer serves and to bring in a fresh, innovative, clear sight to teach yoga from their free spirit. They will be empowered in their unique teaching style and feel like they can easily sequence and theme a class. Students will come into their true essence with an understanding of the deep spiritual roots of yoga. They will have the strength, flexibility, and resilience to adapt with ease.

This course is interactive and experiential, based on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, integrity, self-healing, and sovereignty.

We will have guest teachers and healers from the community to add variety and expertise in various subjects, from Hypnosis to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
